Mold Design & Engineering
DFM review, flow simulation, 3D CAD, and cooling layout. Steel & aluminum tooling designed for cycle time.
Custom mold design, tool & die, and plastic injection molding — engineered in Lahore, delivered to spec. Twenty-plus years of tolerance you can measure.

50–500 ton presses. Short runs to six-figure volumes. ABS, PP, PE, PC, Nylon, POM, TPU — engineered resins on request.
EDM, CNC milling, wire cutting, surface grinding. Hardened tool steels and H13 inserts for long production life.
Rapid tooling, first-article samples, iteration cycles measured in days — not months. Bridge to mass production.

Our floor runs Haitian and JSW presses from 50 to 500 tons, paired with an in-house tool room of 5-axis CNC, sinker/wire EDM, and surface grinders. We work standard commodity resins through to glass-filled nylons and medical-grade PC. Tolerances to ±0.02 mm, PPAP and CMM reports on request.
Design, tooling, molding and QC under one roof. Fewer vendors, tighter feedback loops, no finger-pointing when something moves.
±0.02 mm on critical features, CMM-verified. Gauges calibrated quarterly, operators trained annually.
Average mold: 28–45 days. T1 samples in 5 days of mold close. We tell you the date; we hit the date.
ISO 9001 process discipline. Fully documented lot traceability. PPAP, IMDS and material certs on request.
Send a brief or a drawing. A tooling engineer replies within one business day — with a budgetary estimate, a realistic lead time, and a couple of sharp questions.
